We are currently seeking two qualified civil diesel mechanics for two contracts situated either side of Auckland.
A minimum of five years experience with diggers, loaders and graders etc is required. Ideally you will possess a NZ or UK Trade Qualification as well as have post trade experience in New Zealand. You must be well versed in servicing, repairs, maintenance and diagnostics. In addition good hydraulic knowledge will be a distinct advantage. No other overseas qualifications apart from the aforementioned will suffice. A positive can-do attitude is required along with a very good command of the English language.
Other key attributes for this role include a team focused attitude with a good sense of humour, you must have a strong mechanical understanding, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have a valued approach to customer service when dealing with the public.
