A respected real estate company with a dynamic team in the Nelson area is seeking an ambitious property consultant.

Do you have what it takes to be successful in the Nelson property market?

Good local property knowledge a big plus
Must be a good communicator and listener
Must be permanently located in the Nelson area
Must be willing to go the hard yards meeting prospective buyers and sellers in order to develop required exposure in the market
A mix of maturity and tenacity is a proven ingredient to success in this market
No real estate experience or higher education is necessary but they can be helpful.

Note: This is a commission only position. The right candidate should have independent means to sustain little or no income for 6-months before significant commissions might be achieved.

The successful candidate will have advertising exposure and support from the employer.
